The cable car in Cologne (Kölner Seilbahn) is the most picturesque way to cross the Rhine. If you are not afraid of heights, then be sure to ride the cable car. The station from where the trailers depart is opposite the zoo. From here you get straight to Reinpark.

The cable car offers a beautiful view of the whole of Cologne. You will see how the towers of the cathedral proudly rise above the whole city. Those who do not like heights can cross the river over the bridge and get into the Reinpark without soaring into the sky.
